Comparative Assessment of Biodegradability Potential of Pseudomonas putida and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on Oil Spill Dispersant (Aquabreak and Teepol) in Freshwater

To compare and assessment of Biodegradability Potential Pseudomonas putida Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on oil spill dispersant (Aquabreak Teepol) in Freshwater. Fresh water sample were collected from Biara, Gokana L.G.A, transported to the Microbiology Laboratory Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria for analyses while Oil (OSD/Aquabreak) was purchased Barker Hughes, all state. Percentage (%) Ultimate biodegradability OSD/teepol OSD/aquabreak revealed control set-up recorded 79.3 86.7 % augmented with 93.7 99.1% P. had 98.0 94.7% respectively .
